Nurse's Notes
A few reminders:
- Please report all absences and late arrivals. 732-202-1745.
- Please do not send in COUGH DROPS.
- ALL MEDICATION, INCLUDING OVER THE COUNTER, REQUIRES A NOTE FROM THE PHYSICIAN. MEDICATION MUST BE BROUGHT IN BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN.
- Please keep me updated with any changes in telephone & cell phone numbers. (please put them in writing).
- There is a district web site for health information on many of our current health issues, including lice, bed bugs and fifths disease
- Kindly, check with me or the classroom teacher before sending snacks into the classroom. Greenville has many students with multiple food allergies, not just peanuts. (Ex: eggs, soy, red dye, strawberries).
