“One Community, One Goal: Every Child, Every Day”
Welcome Gators! Greenville School will focus on establishing a sense of belonging, enabling each child to shine and succeed. As a school community, we strongly believe in creating a place within our school where positivity is the foundation for encouraging, teaching, and inspiring children to reach their full potential. The educational partnership that is established to grow a positive home school relationship will be the cornerstone for each child’s success.
We believe that strong instructional leadership and a challenging curriculum is essential. Guided by New Jersey Student Learning Standards all instruction is aligned to district curriculum and tailored to meet the differentiated needs of all learners. At Greenville School staff is committed to affording students with opportunities, resources, and encouragement to apply to their interests, knowledge, and creativity Students are then able to develop behaviors that support learning such as risk-taking, inquiring, thinking, and self-advocating. Greenville School continues to take pride in the comprehensive learning experiences provided for students. Learning experiences that are meaningful, exciting, and motivating to spark a love and passion for learning in children.
Our G.R.E.A.T Gators Program is a key component in the development of our school environment. The program develops leadership and strong character in our children. Across all grade levels, students engage in a read aloud every month that will focus on specific social and emotional learning focus habits such as making friends, fostering a growth mindset, and conflict resolution. These monthly focus habits link to monthly Gator activities and trimester challenges. All students work towards a specific goal. Each day morning messages include positive and motivational thoughts. A newsletter and parent component are shared monthly via School Messenger to keep the community involved.
Greenville School is dedicated to developing a positive school culture that understands the uniqueness of each child is something to be celebrated and cherished. Thank you for sharing the gift of your child with us and we look forward to a successful 2024-2025 school year.
