Meet Mrs. Mascaro

Hi! I’m Mrs. Mascaro and I am so excited to be your 2nd grade teacher! I hope you enjoyed your summer break. I am looking forward to starting our year together! You are in for a fun-filled year of learning and adventure. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us!

As a new year begins, I thought you would like to know a little bit about me. I am soexcited to learn all about you! I live in Howell with my husband, Phil, my eight-year-old son, Jaxon, my two-year-old daughter, Lyla, and our dog, Harry. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing board games, catching up on my favorite Netflix shows, spending time outside, and listening to country music. This year marks the beginning of my 13th year teaching in Howell. I have had the pleasure of teaching 2nd grade for all 13 years!

My mission is to spark a love of learning so that each child will look forward to school each day. We will be spending our days together getting to know each other and learning allabout: Math, Reading, Fundations, Writing, Social and Emotional Wellness, Science, and Social
Studies.
